FAQ’s
Are you insured?
Of course! We are also set up as approved/preferred vendors in Yardi, Vendorshield, Vendor Cafe, Compliance Depot and we have workers compensation. We have insurance coming out of our ears!
Do our service agents wear uniforms?
Yes. We wear royal purple polo shirts with the DDD company logo so that tenants can quickly identify us and feel comfortable when we are on site.
Do we perform background checks on our service agents?
Yes we do. We go even further by doing an FBI background check and making sure they have a clean MVR and a clean professional appearance.
How many days a week do we run service?
Anywhere from 3-7 days a week depending on the property. The industry standard is five nights a week Sunday through Thursday beginning at 8pm but we can easily tailor a plan to fit your specific community’s needs.
Does Door to Door Disposal help sponsor tenant appreciation nights?
Yes we can and yes we do. We feel like we are a partner and not a vendor so we help as much as we possibly can.
How often do we send violation notices?
We send them daily if there are any. Includes pictures of violations.
Do you just leave the trash if it's a violation?
No and sometimes yes. We all know some tenants try to bend the rules as much as possible so we don’t take bulk items on the spot unless we agree in advance to do so. But we do take untied trash, trash bags on the ground, extra trash bags, tied grocery bags, large contractor bags and loose trash. We don’t just send the violation and leave it for your crew to clean up. We take it and send the violation notice to you each day.
Do you clean up the constant bags left at the compactor?
We do for a nominal fee if we need to charge. Usually by implementing our services there isn’t a constant trash pile up unless the dumpsters are closed and or the compactor is full or jammed but we will clear it up on the nights there is a problem if we can.
Do you offer implementation plans or other introductory specials for new clients?
Of course we do! Contact us right now and tell us you want a proposal for your property and we’ll do our absolute best to earn your business right then and there.
Do you pick up the pet stations?
We can pick up the pet stations and the clubhouse and any other pak cans you wish. Just let us know what we need to do to earn your business.
Do you offer recycling pickup?
If there is a recycling dumpster on site then yes we can.
How do tenants contact you if they need an extra pickup?
We provide refrigerator magnets with service dates and times as well as our direct email.
Do you offer “trash outs” for eviction units?
Absolutely! We just need to see the items and agree on a pickup price and we usually get to it within 24-48 hours.
Do you offer bulk pickups like couches and furniture and the ever appearing mattresses?
This is a tough one but we can do it in certain areas and not in others but you will know in advance either way.
